conference with Israeli suppliers at Bombardier Aerospace Division Between the 28th to 1st March,
Bombardier Aerospace (www.bombardier .com) held meetings in order to explore procurement
opportunities from Israeli industrial suppliers in the field of aerospace.
The background behind this visit has to do with the obligation of the sister
division, Bombardier Transport to buy Israeli products valued at tenths of
millions of US Dollars as part of an offset agreement. This was a joint
effort by the Israeli Authority for Industrial Cooperation( RSHPT),
Bombardier Israel, Bombardier Europe and the Israel Economic Mission to

(Including one from Ireland) represented Bombardier and 9 Israeli companies
that were pre-selected and consequently invited. Those include: Aero-Maoz,
Elbit Systems, Iscar Tools, Cabiran, Cyclon, Ashot Ashkelon, Shafir
